    Veteran Ghanaian coach Annor Walker is dead

    Technical Director of Ghana Premier League side Vision FC and former great olympics coach, Annor Walker has passed after a brief illness on Wednesday 1st October, 2025.

    Walker notably guided Ghana’s Black Galaxies to the CHAN Tournament in Egypt in 2022. A CAF licence holder, he first rose to prominence with Nania FC, where he worked as assistant coach and later head coach between 2005 and 2011.

    He later gained recognition for transforming Accra Great Olympics into a formidable Premier League side and also handled several top-flight clubs, including Kpando Hearts of Lions, FC Samartex, and Berekum Chelsea.

    Renowned for his tactical discipline, keen eye for talent, and commitment to nurturing Ghanaian football, Annor Walker leaves behind a lasting legacy in the sport.
