Enterprise Group PLC has introduced a Group-wide mentorship programme aimed at nurturing talent, strengthening leadership capacity, and supporting long-term business growth.

The six-month initiative brings together experienced leaders from across the organisation to mentor high-potential employees, providing a structured platform for knowledge sharing, career growth, and exposure across different subsidiaries and functions.

Positioned as a key component of the company’s broader capacity-building strategy, the programme complements existing development approaches such as formal training, job rotations, and coaching, with an emphasis on hands-on learning and measurable results.

Participants include mid-level managers, specialists, and staff transitioning into new roles, all paired with seasoned professionals who offer diverse expertise from across the Group.

The initiative is expected to boost leadership and technical capabilities, strengthen succession planning for critical positions, enhance collaboration between subsidiaries, and improve employee engagement and retention.

Commenting on the programme, Group Head of Human Resources Eva Richter-Addo highlighted that investing in people remains a core part of the company’s strategy, especially in a rapidly changing business landscape.

Beyond personal development, the programme also aims to preserve institutional knowledge, ensuring continuity and organisational resilience.

It will feature structured mentoring sessions, regular progress reviews, and a final evaluation, with lessons learned expected to shape future talent development initiatives within the Group.
