GoldBod Jewellery, a subsidiary of the Ghana Gold Board, has appointed celebrated media personality Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi (Bola Ray) and award-winning actress Joselyn Dumas as its new Brand Ambassadors.
The partnership is part of GoldBod’s strategy to promote Ghana’s rich gold heritage and showcase the nation’s artistry in producing authentic, world-class jewellery through ethical sourcing and expert craftsmanship.
Unveiling the ambassadors at a ceremony held at the company’s head office in Accra, Mr. Sammy Gyamfi Esq., Chief Executive Officer of GoldBod, described the collaboration as a significant step toward positioning Ghana as a leading destination for fine gold jewellery in Africa.
“Bola Ray and Joselyn Dumas embody excellence and authenticity — the same principles that define the GoldBod Jewellery brand,” Mr. Gyamfi said. “Their appointment marks an important milestone in our mission to promote local value addition to Ghana’s gold resources.”
He added that the partnership aligns with President Mahama’s broader vision of making Ghana a hub for authentic gold ornaments and jewellery production on the continent.
Under their new ambassadorial roles, Bola Ray and Joselyn Dumas will lead brand campaigns, media engagements, and public outreach initiatives to highlight GoldBod’s latest collections of gold and diamond jewellery, bespoke ornaments, and luxury accessories.
The move reinforces GoldBod’s commitment to elevating Ghanaian craftsmanship and promoting the global appeal of locally made gold products.
