Organisers of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards have announced that nominees for the 27th edition of the awards will be revealed on Saturday, March 14, 2026.
The nominations will be announced through a special broadcast across the Ghana Music Awards’ digital platforms. The unveiling will take place in hourly segments from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., giving music fans and industry players the opportunity to follow the announcement of nominees across different categories.
A major nominees’ announcement show is also scheduled for 8:00 p.m., where organisers are expected to recap highlights from the earlier reveals and provide further information about the upcoming awards season.
Viewers who are unable to watch the programme on television can follow the event through live streaming on the Ghana Music Awards’ Facebook page and the Charterhouse Live YouTube channel.
The Telecel Ghana Music Awards is widely regarded as the country’s most prestigious music awards event, celebrating excellence and recognising the achievements of artistes, producers, songwriters and other industry professionals who have made significant contributions to Ghana’s music industry during the eligibility year.
