President John Dramani Mahama has officially sworn in Kulsoume Sinare Baffoe as Ghana’s Ambassador to the Spain, marking her formal appointment to strengthen diplomatic ties between the two nations.
Commissioned on March 17, 2026, Ambassador Baffoe will be tasked with promoting bilateral relations, boosting trade and investment, and advancing Ghana’s foreign policy agenda in Spain.
A seasoned actress, filmmaker, and public figure with a career spanning nearly four decades, she rose to prominence in the late 1980s through modelling and later built an extensive acting portfolio featuring in over fifty productions, earning multiple accolades including a Golden Actress Award.
