Leading global GameTech operator Kaizen Gaming has officially launched Betano in Ghana, marking the company’s 20th international market and its first market entry for 2026.

The milestone was celebrated at a launch event held on Thursday, February 5, highlighting Kaizen Gaming’s continued global expansion and its commitment to delivering innovative, safe, and secure gaming experiences.

The event was hosted by Football 360 commentator Daniel Oduro and brought together senior executives of Kaizen Gaming, including George Skarlatos, Director of Business Development; Daniel Lamberti, Senior Business Development Advisor; and Joseph Owusu Badu, Country Manager for Ghana. Also present was Emmanuel Siisi Quainoo, Acting Commissioner of the Gaming Commission of Ghana.

Speaking at the event, Mr Skarlatos described Ghana as a market with strong long-term potential, citing its growing tech-savvy population and commitment to a transparent regulatory environment. He noted that Betano’s operations in Ghana are fully aligned with local regulations and built around responsible gaming practices from the outset.

Mr Quainoo welcomed Betano’s entry into the Ghanaian market, stressing the importance of high regulatory standards to protect players and preserve market integrity. He commended Kaizen Gaming and Betano for demonstrating a clear commitment to safe and responsible operations.

Betano’s launch in Ghana follows a successful year for Kaizen Gaming, during which the company won back-to-back “Operator of the Year” awards at the EGR and SBC Awards. The firm also secured a partnership with FIFA for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and expanded its sponsorship portfolio with major football clubs including FC Bayern München, Aston Villa FC, FC Porto, Sporting CP, SL Benfica, Club Atlético River Plate, and Clube de Regatas do Flamengo.
