Just days after Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie held the UK edition of his flagship concert, Rapperholic, in London, another major Ghanaian artiste has revealed plans for a similar international event.
Award-winning dancehall musician Stonebwoy has announced that the 2026 edition of BHIM Fest will be staged in the United Kingdom.
The artiste shared the news on Thursday, May 12, 2026, through a post on his Facebook page, hinting at an upcoming event for Ghanaian music fans in the diaspora. In the post, he wrote: “BHIM FEST 2026…LONDON, SEE YOU SOON! 🇬🇧 #BHIMFestLondon #BHIMFestLDN.”
BHIM Fest is one of the signature music events associated with Stonebwoy and is traditionally held in Ghana. Over the years, the concert has featured performances from leading Ghanaian and international artistes and has attracted thousands of music fans.
The decision to host the festival in the UK reflects a growing trend among Ghanaian musicians to expand their reach beyond the local market and connect with the large Ghanaian and African diaspora community in the United Kingdom.
In recent years, several Ghanaian artistes have organised concerts and fan events in the UK to strengthen their international presence. The recent Rapperholic UK show by Sarkodie is among the latest examples of this strategy as musicians continue to build global audiences.
