Mr George Briku, the District Director of NCCE, said the quiz tested the skills and understanding of the students about Ghana’s history, constitution, governance and civil rights.

He emphasised the essence to equip the younger generation with the requisite knowledge, skills and values necessary to become responsible citizens.

Mr Briku wished the contestants well and admonished them to always be abreast with the rich history of Ghana to serve the country well.

The NCCE Director presented the contestants with a copy of the 1992 constitution, a certificate of participation, story books and some educational material.
