    3FM Family Fun Day postponed in light of national mourning of helicopter crash victims

    The 3FM Family Fun Day, originally scheduled for August 9, 2025, has been postponed in light of the declared national mourning period for the 8 fallen heroes.

    The management of 3FM extends its deepest condolences to the bereaved families and stands firmly in solidarity with the nation during this difficult time. We join the rest of Ghanaians in paying tribute to the lives and legacies of the departed.

    “We are saddened by the loss of these national heroes, and our thoughts and prayers are with their families and loved ones,” said by Miriam Osei-Agyemang, Programmes Manager, 3Group.

    “We believe it is only fitting that we postpone the 3FM Family Fun Day out of respect for their memories and the national mourning period., “Lois Kissiedu, Head of Channel- 3FM 92.7 noted.

    A new date for the 3FM Family Fun Day will be communicated in due course.

    “We assure our patrons that we are working hard to ensure that the rescheduled event will be even better and more convenient for everyone to attend.”

    “We appreciate the enthusiasm and anticipation surrounding the 3FM Family Fun Day, and we promise to make it a special and enjoyable experience for all when we reconvene,” added AJ Sarpong, Head of Events, 3Group.

    3FM would like to assure its patrons of its commitment to bringing them quality entertainment and programming. “We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.”
