    Dr Cyracus Bapuuroh appointed as Acting Judicial Secretary

    Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie, the Acting Chief Justice, has directed Dr Cyracus Badinye Bapuuroh to assume the duties of Judicial Secretary, pending the appointment of a substantive one.

    Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie, the Acting Chief Justice, has directed Dr Cyracus Badinye Bapuuroh to assume the duties of Judicial Secretary, pending the appointment of a substantive one.

    The appointment follows the resignation of Justice Cyra Pamela Koranteng, after the Judicial Council had accepted her request to be released from her duties as Judicial Secretary during the Council’s 291st meeting on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

    A memo sited by the Ghana News Agency, dated April 24, 2025, signed by the Acting Chief Justice, said the Judicial Council was taking steps to appoint a substantive Secretary.
