The legislator noted that the donation was to support the operations of the health facilities to deliver quality health care to the people.

The items included equipment for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), phototherapy unit, incubator, radiant warmer, autoclave, automatic steriliser, and BP machines, among others.

Mr George also presented an amount of GH¢2,000.00 and a hamper each to the five new mothers at the health facilities, while he presented GH¢10,000.00 each to support the operations of the two health facilities.

Receiving the items, Dr Alexander B. Addah, the Medical Superintendent of the Prampram Polyclinic, expressed appreciation to the MP for the gesture and reiterated that the presentation was timely and would go a long way to supporting their operations.

At the Hearts of the Father Orphanage, the MP donated food items, confectioneries, sanitation items, and other items.

He also donated a cash amount of GH¢10,000.00 as a way of expressing his love for the inmates of the orphanage.
