Felix Nyarko, aged 16 and Nicholas Kini, aged 19 have been standing trial since April, after the two allegedly conspired to kill the 11 year old Ishmael Abdallah

According to Felix , the plot to kill the 11 year old failed on the first try but the managed to carry it through.

Nicholas Kini had denied involvement in the crime during his testimony in court. He said he was being accused because of his closeness with Felix. But contradicting his testimony, Felix Nyarko told the court that the two hatched the plan after watching ritual commercial on television and decided to follow through.

Fast forward, he narrated how they lured the 11 year old with a game console into an uncompleted building where they finally killed him.

The revelation drew emotional jeers from the people in the court but the part that arguably shook everyone including the presiding judge was when Felix told everyone that they had even killed a pregnant woman in the past.

Justice Rosemond Dodu Agyiri however committed the two to proper murder trial at the high court on September  20, 2021 after hearing the testimonies of the two and the  indictment as presented by Senior State attorney.

Nana Adoma Osei also presented 19 exhibits she hopes on for the trial, including a club, a shovel, cement blocks from the crime scene among others.
