They were treated to meals and beverages amidst music while the children engaged in fun games such as sack race, fill in the bottle, dance round the chair, among others.

Mr Joshua Sayibu, Programmes Manager, MABCDP, speaking during the party at Zagyuri Anglican Primary School in the Sagnarigu Municipality, said it was an annual event to educate the children on the essence of Christmas and the need for them to conduct themselves responsibly, especially during the festive season.

He said it was also to help inculcate in the children the culture of sharing, love, peace, and forgiveness, which were epitome of Christmas celebration.

He encouraged the children to be of good behaviour and work harder towards the attainment of their goals and aspirations.
