“That Way” Arrives Friday: King Promise & Mr Eazi Tease Massive Joint Album Heat

King Promise and Mr Eazi are teaming up for a full joint album titled See What We’ve Done and the rollout just kicked into high gear with the announcement of their new single “That Way”.
On February 3, 2026, King Promise dropped a short, cinematic teaser on X: 19 seconds of golden-hour flights, smooth choreography, waving Ghana flags, sunset glows, and that unmistakable emPawa Africa visual signature. The caption? Simple and direct:
    “Friday  ‘THAT WAY’ x @mreazi #NewMusic Be Ready ”
That Friday is February 6, 2026 tomorrow.
This isn’t just another feature. “That Way“ is positioned as the lead (or next major) single from their collaborative project See What We’ve Done, which the two artists formally teased in early 2026 after building anticipation through prior links (including the title track/video “See What We’ve Done” that dropped in late 2025 with its lavish Thailand-shot visuals celebrating wins and brotherhood).

    Why this matters right now:

    • King Promise is riding high post his True to Self era, global remixes like “Terminator” (100M+ streams), and consistent delivery of polished highlife-meets-Afrobeats/R&B hybrids.
    • Mr Eazi brings the Banku Music DNA, borderless Afropop sensibility, and emPawa Africa’s infrastructure that’s launched and elevated many careers.
    • Together they’re delivering what looks like a cultural handshake: Accra smoothness meets Lagos ease, with production likely blending both worlds into something instantly playlist-ready and diaspora-friendly.
The buzz is real. Nigerian outlets, and pan-African music accounts have been reposting the teaser, sharing pre-save links (empawaafrica.lnk.to/ThatWay on major DSPs), and listing the album among 2026’s most anticipated drops alongside projects from Quamina MP, Stonebwoy, Gyakie, and others.
No exact full-album date has been locked in publicly yet it’s listed as “coming soon” / “imminent in 2026” across announcements but the strategy is clear: drop a strong single to build momentum, let fans vibe, then deliver the project when the wave is peaking.
If you’re in Ghana (or anywhere the Naija-Ghana connection runs deep), clear your weekend queue. Pre-save now, turn on notifications, and get ready to see what these two have really done. One continent. One sound. One big moment loading.
