The office, located at the Prempeh II Jubilee Museum, would streamline ticket sales, improve customer service and promote the rich cultural heritage stored within the museum.

In addition to improving ticketing operations, the new office would serve as an information hub, providing visitors with details about current exhibitions, upcoming events, and educational programmes available at the museum and the Centre.

Mr Peter Kofi Marfo, the Acting Ashanti Regional Director, Centre for National Culture, at a short ceremony to inaugurate the facility emphasised the importance of accessibility to cultural sites.

He said the Prempeh II Jubilee Museum established in 1956, was one of such facilities which stood as a testament to the rich cultural legacy, not only for the Ashanti Region but the country at large.

Mr Marfo urged Ghanaians and international visitors to spend some time at the Center to be exposed to the unique cultural heritage whenever they were in the Ashanti Region.
