The Management Bootcamp segment of the 2026 Citi Business Festival (CBF) has officially begun, bringing together professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders for a week of intensive training aimed at enhancing leadership and strategic management capabilities.

Organised annually by Citi FM and Channel One TV, the executive development programme has established itself as a premier platform for business education, entrepreneurship growth, and executive capacity building in Ghana.

This year’s bootcamp is taking place from June 21 to June 26, 2026, at the Platinum Bay Hotel.

The programme is tailored to meet the increasing need for strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and innovative management approaches as organisations contend with economic challenges, technological transformation, and changing consumer demands.

Participants will benefit from hands-on training delivered by seasoned business leaders, industry specialists, and renowned thought leaders. The curriculum combines practical case studies, executive coaching sessions, and networking opportunities designed to foster professional growth.

According to the organisers, the bootcamp aims to help participants translate technical expertise into effective leadership, empowering them to drive organisational performance, innovation, and competitiveness.

Topics to be covered include strategic leadership and market competitiveness, organisational excellence, customer experience, brand development and digital influence, technology-driven decision-making, as well as crisis management, corporate reputation, and sustainability.

The 2026 Citi Business Festival is powered by Citi FM 97.3 and Channel One TV, in partnership with Absa Bank Ghana and supported by MTN Ghana, Zonda Tec Ghana Limited and Petra Trust Company Limited
