Mr. Walter stated that the 50 bags of cement he gave to the university would help the institution to build a facility that would expand and improve aquaculture studies.

Presenting the cement, he stated that because education is the foundation of all societies’ progress, it was a step in the right direction for those who had made it through education to give back to society.

Prof. Eric Nyarko-Sampson, Vice-Chancellor of the University, accepted the donation on behalf of the management and extended deep gratitude to David Hormenu Walter.

He praised him for contributing to the institution’s progress while also celebrating his special day.

He also stated that the donation would go a long way towards developing the university and wished him well in all his future endeavours.
