Ghana’s highlife king Akwaboah is gearing up for the return of his beloved Shades of Love concert series in 2026! After a strong comeback in 2025 (held on Valentine’s Day at Palms Convention Centre), the annual love-themed event is set for a fresh edition this February.

Key details from the latest buzz:

    • Date: Saturday, February 21, 2026
    • Time: 7:00 PM sharp
    • Venue: Zen Garden – a serene, beautiful spot perfect for that intimate, romantic vibe
Akwaboah has been teasing the show heavily on his Instagram and Facebook, with posts saying “you know what time it is,” “get ready,” and even fan challenges like posting videos to his track “AKONOBA” in the lead-up.
The theme celebrates love in all its shades joy, pain, hope, healing, passion, and memories delivered through Akwaboah’s signature soulful vocals, heartfelt highlife tunes, and possible special guests (past editions featured epic collabs).
This shift from the usual February 14 date (likely for better scheduling) still keeps it firmly in the Valentine’s season spirit Ghana’s go-to spot for couples, lovebirds, and highlife lovers to experience live romance through music.
Tickets aren’t on sale yet based on current announcements keep checking Akwaboah’s official pages (@akwaboahmusic) for updates, pricing, and how to grab them (past years used shortcodes like 7142020# or eGotickets). Past events sold out fast, so stay locked in.
Who’s planning to attend Shades of Love 2026? Tag your date or squad below February is Akwaboah month.
