    Amine Kabbara Appointed Managing Director of Japan Motors Ghana

    Japan Motors Trading Company Ltd. (JMTC) has appointed Amine Kabbara as the new Managing Director of Japan Motors Ghana.

    Mr Kabbara takes over from Salem Kalmoni, who has been elevated to Group Chief Executive Officer of Japan Motors Network, overseeing operations across Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Senegal and Mali.

    His appointment follows a successful tenure as General Manager for Sales and Marketing, where he played a key role in driving significant growth for the company.

    Under his leadership, Japan Motors recorded substantial increases in sales across its various product lines, strengthening its position in Ghana’s competitive automotive market.

    Mr Kabbara is known for his analytical approach and strong understanding of market trends, which he has used to develop data-driven strategies that have contributed to the company’s business performance.

    His leadership approach, characterised by innovation, precision and strong stakeholder engagement, has helped expand the company’s market presence while promoting higher standards of performance.

    With more than 16 years of professional experience, Mr Kabbara has built strong relationships with customers, business partners and other industry stakeholders. His combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills has contributed to increased customer confidence and sustained business growth.

    In his new role as Managing Director of Japan Motors Ghana, Mr Kabbara is expected to build on the company’s recent achievements and lead it into its next phase of growth, with a focus on innovation, operational efficiency and continued market leadership.

    His appointment reflects Japan Motors’ commitment to maintaining business continuity while strengthening its leadership and competitiveness within Ghana’s automotive industry.
