IndigoHomes Ghana Limited is reinforcing its commitment to quality and timely delivery at its GreenwichPark project, following a high-level site visit led by Founder and CEO Cheryl Mills—her first visit since construction began four months ago.

The engagement brought together contractors, construction teams, and staff working on the 19.5-acre master-planned development located in Borteyman, near the Tema Motorway in Accra.

During the visit, Ms. Mills stressed the importance of meeting timelines, maintaining consistent standards, and ensuring accountability at every stage of execution. She highlighted that delivering quality homes is central to customer trust and the company’s long-term reputation.

She also emphasized the project’s role in skills development, noting that more than 700 workers are expected to benefit from hands-on training through what she described as an “on-the-job academy.” The initiative is designed to build capacity within the construction sector while supporting career growth.

GreenwichPark, the company’s third and largest development in Accra, will feature 270 homes within a fully planned community that includes green spaces and lifestyle amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, and recreational facilities. The first phase is scheduled for completion in October 2026, with the full project expected to be delivered by the second quarter of 2031.

The development forms part of IndigoHomes’ broader strategy to help address Ghana’s housing deficit by providing quality, moderately priced homes within structured and secure communities.

BlackIvy Group, the parent company of IndigoHomes, continues to support growth across sectors including real estate, logistics, food, and healthcare in Sub-Saharan Africa.
