    Jobberman Ghana Launches HR & CEO Wave Summit 2026

    Jobberman Ghana has announced the launch of the HR & CEO Wave Summit 2026, a high-level event designed to equip organisations with strategies to navigate the changing world of work.

    Scheduled for May 14, 2026, at the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel, the summit will bring together CEOs, HR professionals, business leaders, and industry experts to examine the evolving relationship between technology, talent, and organisational culture.

    Under the theme “Navigating AI Adoption and Gen Z Expectations for a Future-Ready Workplace,” the event will focus on how organisations can adapt to artificial intelligence while responding to shifting workforce expectations.

    As Ghanaian businesses undergo transformation driven by digital innovation, many continue to face challenges around responsible AI adoption, talent management, and aligning HR strategies with broader business objectives. The summit aims to address these issues by offering practical insights, strategic guidance, and a platform for stakeholder engagement.

    The event will feature a lineup of distinguished speakers, including keynote speaker Francis Eduku, President of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources, Ghana, and guest speaker Jeffery Mac Boham, who will share expertise on AI integration in human resource development.

    Two panel discussions will also be held. The first will focus on ethical and responsible AI governance in HR, featuring experts such as Ethel Cofie, Adjoa Van Vicker, Nana Kwabena Yeboah, and Deborah Asmah.

    The second panel will explore strategies for managing Gen Z employees, with contributions from Nixon Amoah-Awuah, Benonia Aryee, Emaline Datey, and Paa Kwesi Folson.

    Managing Director of Jobberman Ghana, Hilda Nimo-Tieku, emphasised the need for organisations to strike a balance between innovation and people-focused strategies, noting that success in the future workplace will depend on how well businesses integrate both elements.

    Registration for the summit is currently open, with fees set at GH¢1,500 per individual and GH¢1,200 per person for group registrations of three or more.
