Mr Akandoh, also the Minister for Health speaking during the donation said the items were part of broader plans to improve upon healthcare services delivery in the district.

According to him, the gesture was also in response to requests made to him by staff of the hospitals and aligned with the government’s commitment to strengthening maternal and child health services.

He said the motorcycles would improve outreach services, enabling health professionals to reach remote areas, while the incubators would boost neonatal care and survival rates for premature infants.

Dr Deborah Mensah, the Juaboso District Director of Health, receiving the equipment expressed gratitude to the Minister for the kind gesture, and said the equipment would have a transformative impact on healthcare services delivery across the district.
