Ghanaian gospel music diva, Empress Gifty, has released the much-awaited single dubbed, “Watch Me”.
The rendition, expected to give hope to the hopeless, was written and produced by multiple award winning Ghanaian musician, Kuami Eugene.
The Rockstar proved his versatility with a touching message and timeless production.
Empress Gifty says the latest composition presents hope for the oppressed and those on the verge of despair, adding it will inspire “everyone to keep trusting in God in all situations.”
“This song is a personal song, I have been through that situation before, where you feel no one is there for you and you feel all is lost, but luckily for me, God has always come through for me in this situation,” she said.
“When Kuami Eugene called to inform me about the song I told him, this is my personal life experience,” she said.
The gospel musician believes anyone could experience the same goodness of God she had experienced.
Encouraging everyone to keep pushing through difficult moments, Empress Gifty expressed appreciation to Kuami Eugene for her new project and his “able direction in producing a masterpiece.”
