Upon reaching home, the house was engulfed in flames with no chance of entering to salvage anything but fortunately the nanny was able to bring out their two cars before the fire escalated.

She said the fire started from their backyard where her mother has a little garden. The fire started from a burning bush the old woman was burning.

Beverly, in an interview on radio, revealed that her passport, clothes and properties burnt to ashes and she does not even have panties to wear.

Her fans also asked about her husband and were eager to know if the reason why there was no information about him was because he was affected by the fire.

She disclosed that the people affected by the fire were her nanny, her mother and her children. Her husband however had relocated to the United States of America some years back and there was no communication between the two.

With regards to what actions had been taken to stop the fire, the Ghana National Fire Service were at the scene but however could not enter the premises due to the smoke and when they succeeded in entering it was too late to save anything. In or about 4 hours she lost everything to the flames.

She lamented on Instagram in her posts saying, “The fire service got in on time but over 40mins they couldn’t go inside because of the heavy smoke (I was wondering why they don’t have protective gears for smoke. Why are they not well equipped ? gosh) they stood there deliberating and another came and that was the worse, they had to use a generator but it couldn’t start which also took a while, then another came which went thru a neighbour’s house to the back of the house and started putting off the fire but it was too late ?????????? My mum, the kids nanny, the kids and I are all left with nothing ???????
This country let’s stop doing partisan politics and set our priorities right and stop the misplaced priorities. Ghana hmmmmmm.”

Despite her lamentations, she has posted and thanking God and trusting Him in these trying times even though she doesn’t know where to start from. She has also sent words of appreciation to everyone who has shown her love and support.
