    Ms Sara Anane crowned most outstanding staff in Oti Region

    Ms Sara Anane, a dedicated Senior Midwife officer at the Krachi East District Health Centre, has emerged as the most outstanding staff in the Oti Region at the maiden Ghana Health Service (GHS) Excellence Awards 2024.

    At a ceremony held to honor exceptional healthcare professionals, Ms Anane’s tireless efforts and commitment to delivering top-notch healthcare services earned her the prestigious award.

    Ms Anne’s outstanding performance was acknowledged with a plaque and citation, symbolizing her exemplary dedication to healthcare delivery.

    Dr Osei Kuffour Afreh, Regional Director of Health Services said Ms Anane’s selflessness, expertise and passion for healthcare have made a remarkable impact in the lives of countless individuals in the Krachi East.

    Mr. Amin Abdul-Muttalib, Municipal Health Director has praised Ms Anane’s achievement, citing her as a shining example of the center’s commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.

    In an exclusive interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA) Ms Anane, encouraged her follow healthcare professionals to strive for excellence, regardless of their work location.

    She emphasized the importance of dedication, hard work, and teamwork in achieving excellence in healthcare. In addition, she encouraged healthcare workers to focus on patient-centered care and prioritise their needs.

    Ms Anane stressed the need for continuous professional development and mentorship, she expressed gratitude to the GHS and Oti Regional Health Directorate for recognizing her efforts.

    “I am overwhelmed with gratitude and humidity, this award motivates me to continue providing quality care to my patients and contributing to betterment of our healthcare system”, Ms Anane said.
