Ghanaian Afrobeat star Kelvyn Boy is on the hunt for raw talent and he’s throwing the mic wide open for it! A week ago, the “Mea” hitmaker announced an Open Verse Challenge for his new single “BREAK IT,” and the reward? A golden opportunity to feature on the official remix of the song alongside Kelvyn Boy himself and the smooth-voiced Camidoh.

Since the announcement, entries have been flooding social media. From silky vocals to heavy-hitting rap verses, the challenge has already uncovered some incredible talent. Several standout clips have already made their way onto Kelvyn Boy’s official Instagram page (@kelvynboymusic_), giving rising artists a taste of visibility and excitement.

But this is just the beginning. The challenge is still on, and the door is wide open for anyone — singers, rappers, vocalists, or even spoken word artists — to jump on the beat and show the world what they’ve got.

How to Enter the “BREAK IT” Challenge:

    1. Download or use the instrumental of “BREAK IT”

    2. Record your verse — be creative, be yourself, and make it hit!

    3. Upload your video to Instagram, TikTok, or Twitter/X.

    4. Make sure to tag @kelvynboymusic_ and use the hashtag #BreakItChallenge so your submission gets noticed.

The artist with the most impressive verse — based on creativity, delivery, and vibe — will earn a spot on the official remix with Kelvyn Boy and Camidoh. That means studio time, an official release, and massive exposure.

For many up-and-coming artists, this could be the breakthrough moment they’ve been waiting for. It’s not every day you get the chance to collaborate with two of Ghana’s most respected Afrobeat stars — and have your talent heard by thousands (if not millions) of people.

Kelvyn Boy is known for championing new voices, and this challenge shows he’s putting action behind those words.

The “BREAK IT” challenge is more than a trend — it’s a movement. Whether you’re a bedroom singer, a studio regular, or a freestyle addict, this is your shot to go from unknown to unforgettable.

So grab your mic, record your verse, tag @kelvynboymusic_ and show the world what you’ve got.
