Oti Region: Educationist scoops top honour at Ghana philanthropy awards 2024

Renowned educationist and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of African Progressive Research and Innovations (APRIL) Mr. Daniel Aboagye, a teacher at WoraWora Senior High School, has been crowned Ghana’s Most Outstanding Social Impactful Personality of the year at the third Ghana Philanthropy Awards.

The prestigious award, presented at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, recognized Mr Aboagye’s exceptional leadership and innovative approach to Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education, which has transformed the lives of numerous students and schools in Oti Region and across Ghana.

Mr Aboagye’s visionary leadership, APRIL-STEM has redefined teaching with a philanthropic approach, prioritizing warm hospitality, open communication and world-class care.

Mr Aboagye expressed appreciation to his team at APRIL-STEM for their unwavering dedication and support, added that, this award is a confident booster for greatness ahead.
