The Stephen A. Schwarzman Education Foundation and Chatham House collaborated to create the Schwarzman Academy Fellowship. It gives applicants the chance to work on a personal project of their choice for 10 months at Chatham House.

In addition to participating in the Institute’s core activities, fellows expand their professional networks in the field of international affairs and hone their leadership abilities through the course.

October 2024 to July 2025 is when Academy Fellows will spend 10 months at Chatham House in London. They will have hybrid working alternatives and be based full-time. Completing a personal research project, contributing to ongoing research, and taking part in a leadership programme to build knowledge, connections, and abilities for future employment are the three key components of the fellowship.
