First Lady of the Republic of Ghana, Madam Rebecca Akufo-Addo has handed over a new waiting area for Visitors at the Korlebu Teaching Hospital.

This follows after she expressed her desire to do so to Dr. Oko Boye and the First Atlantic Bank to help build a waiting area for visitors. As it stands today, Korlebu now has a beautiful place for comfort which can contain about a hundred and fifty people with washrooms and banking solutions for those who might require financial solutions.

She explained that, she noticed many visitors sitting under trees and other uncomfortable places. “It was quite obvious that Korlebu Teaching Hospital needed a decent waiting area for it’s emergency wards in order to provide safety, comfort and peace of mind to visitors who come to see their wards” she revealed in a Facebook post.

She further entreated management of the Korlebu Teaching Hospital to ensure the place is well maintained and further for visitors to keep the space clean and adhere to all protocols.

She finally thanked the First Atlantic Bank for their contribution to the social capital of this country.
