Disappointing news has hit music lovers and fans of legendary Ghanaian songstress Efya, as her highly-anticipated concert, “Efya Live“, has been postponed to 2025.

Initially scheduled to take place on December 23, 2024, at Accra  Conference Center, the concert’s cancellation was announced by Efya herself via social media, citing circumstances beyond her control.

In a heartfelt message to her fans, Efya expressed her deepest gratitude to her team, fans, and everyone who had worked tirelessly to make the show a reality. She acknowledged the disappointment this news may bring but reassured fans that refunds are being processed for those who had already purchased tickets.

“I want to thank each and every one of you for your unwavering support and enthusiasm. Your energy is what drives me to keep pushing boundaries and creating music that inspires and uplifts. I’m truly sorry that we won’t be able to bring the show to life this year, but I promise you that we’ll come back stronger and more resilient than ever in 2025,” Efya wrote.

Although the news may come as a disappointment to many, Efya has promised to bring back the show in 2025, bigger and better than ever. Fans can look forward to an exciting new year filled with great music and performances from the legendary songstress.

As one of Ghana’s most celebrated artists, Efya has consistently pushed the boundaries of creativity and excellence. Her dedication to her craft and her passion for empowering her fans have endeared her to music lovers across the globe.
