Available teaching positions include Senior Tutor/Facilitator and Tutor roles. Applicants for Senior Tutor positions are required to hold at least a Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Education, or Social Sciences, in addition to a professional education qualification and a minimum of one year’s post-Bachelor’s experience. Tutor applicants must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field alongside a professional qualification in Education.

The recruitment also covers numerous non-teaching roles such as Administrative Managers, Assistant Managers, Senior Assistants, Matrons, Catering Officers, Security Guards, Drivers, and Cleaners.

Qualification requirements vary depending on the position, ranging from BECE and WASSCE certificates for entry-level roles to Master’s degrees for senior administrative and management positions.

According to the Service, all applicants must possess the relevant academic and professional qualifications, be willing to work anywhere in the country, and have completed National Service where applicable. Candidates will also undergo competitive interviews as part of the selection process.

Applications can be submitted physically by obtaining forms from the GTVETS headquarters at 44 Boundary Road, East Legon, Accra, or online through the Service’s accredited recruitment platform:
