    Medikal Disturbation II Album

The King of the Streets is officially back! Ghanaian rap heavyweight Medikal has finally unleashed his long-awaited 18-track album, “DISTURBATION II,” a powerful follow-up to the classic that first cemented his name in Ghana’s hip-hop history.

This new body of work captures the full spectrum of Medikal’s artistry — blending trap energy, Afro-fusion grooves, street wisdom, and unfiltered honesty into one bold statement: MDK is still in charge.

From the motivational opening track “Sometimes (Intro)” to the reflective tones of “Rainy Days” and the swagger-packed “Ghana Boy,” Medikal proves he’s mastered the art of blending street grit with musical depth.

The project also comes loaded with heavyweight collaborations — including Shatta Wale on “I Did It” and “Shoulder” (which also features Beeztrap KOTM), Sarkodie on “DND”, Olivetheboy on “Too Bad”, and Lalid on “Fully Active.” Each feature adds a unique flavor, making the album a rich and diverse listening experience.

With tracks like “Kwasia Bi (Diss)”, “Veteran,” and “Broke Nigga,” Medikal delivers raw and fearless verses that reaffirm his status as a truth-teller and street philosopher — unafraid to confront critics while celebrating his wins.

The closing track, “Blessings,” wraps up the project on a hopeful note, serving as a heartfelt reflection on growth, gratitude, and grace.

Produced, mixed, and mastered primarily by ATown TSB (with Beatz Vampire handling “Too Bad”), “DISTURBATION II” stands as a complete sonic journey — one that balances depth with energy, substance with swagger.

This album isn’t just another release — it’s a statement of dominance. Medikal’s evolution is evident, and his consistency proves why he remains one of Ghana’s most versatile and fearless rappers.

“DISTURBATION II” is out now on all digital streaming platforms. Plug in your headphones — the streets just got disturbed again.
