    Yagba/Kubori Constituency: NSS boss floors incumbent MP

    The Member of Parliament for Yagba/Kubori Constituency, Alhaji Ibrahim Rauf Tanko has lost the seat by a landslide to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate, Mr Yussif Mustapha.

    He managed to poll 9,393 votes as against the 18,153 votes garnered by Mr Mustapha who is also the Chief Executive Officer of the National Service Secretariat (NSS).

    A total of 28,342 votes were cast in the Parliamentary election with 728 rejected ballots.
