Yango Group has introduced a new integration that allows users to access its ride-hailing service, Yango Ride, directly within ChatGPT, enabling seamless trip planning during conversations.
The feature, launched globally across more than 25 countries including Ghana, allows users to check accurate fares with no hidden costs, compare route options, and view estimated arrival times for both the trip and the driver.
Through the integration, users can also identify optimal pickup points to minimise waiting time. Once ready, they are redirected to the Yango app or web platform to securely complete their booking.
Designed for frequent travellers, tourists, and business users, the feature simplifies trip planning by removing the need to switch between multiple apps, offering a more streamlined and efficient experience.
Available on both web and mobile platforms (Android and iOS), the integration leverages real-time traffic data and smart routing technology to provide accurate and continuously updated travel estimates.
Looking ahead, Yango Group plans to expand its ChatGPT integration to include additional services such as delivery, public transport options, and food ordering, further enhancing its digital ecosystem.
