When a particular discipline is engulfed by men it seems like a challenge for women to thrive there. But some women are daring and see great dreams beyond those challenges. They aspire to take up the difficult task, they search and acquire knowledge in that field and they apply the learnings and strive without an iota of doubt.

Today we are stunned by a 22-year-old lady who is taking up the world and is a leading silent entrepreneur making a huge dent in the Real Estate industry.

She saved for her first land from running errands and doing follow-ups on building materials from vendors on behalf of her boss who owns and runs one of the biggest Real Estate Firms in Ghana. She developed her first project, a 3-Bedroom Apartment on a 100 x 70 Plot and completed her fist sale in November 2017 at age 20.

She is currently completing Phase One of a 12-unit gated community in Accra as the youngest real estate developer. Stephanie is currently the CEO of real estate Company christened Scown Properties. She has also created a consultancy firm called the Scown Technology Solutions.

Stephanie is an alumnus of Kumasi Girls Senior High School and currently a student at Blue Crest University. She worked for Shieldsoft Consult as Accounts Manager from 2016. After 3 years of gaining knowledge, expertise and a strong network, she coordinated and built a team of constructors with over 25 years of experience.

Stephanie is the current winner of the Young Business Leader of the Year award at the just ended Ghana Business Standard Awards 2019 held at Movenpick Hotel in Accra.
