Speaking on the New Day show, monitored by MyGhanadaily, he remarked that, “it’s a great feeling because looking at last year which was my first entry, I came in as unsung and this year, grabbing seven nominations and being in the same space with my fellow Kumericans makes me very proud and I think this is the time that Kumasi got a chance to breakthrough.”

According to the artist, his family, especially his mom, is very proud of him and his current achievement. Though having 7 nominations, the rapper hopes to win at least three; Vodafone Most Popular Song of the Year, Collaboration of the Year, and Best Hip-hop Song of the Year.
