The Fair kicks off from 15th November to 28th November 2021, at the Ho Sports Stadium, and it is expected to attract over 8000 patrons from Ghana and neighboring West African countries.

The registration forms are now available at the Volta Regional Coordinating Council, NBSSI offices, Municipal and District Assemblies in the Volta Region and AGI offices nationwide.

Forms can also be accessed on the official website at www.voltatradefair.org.

All completed forms should be sent to the Volta Regional Coordinating Council by 5th November 2021.

As part of the Fair, two special tours will be organized, to give patrons, exhibitors, and the general public an unforgettable experience of the beauty and splendour of the Volta Region.

A food village will also be opened for vendors. Food vendors are therefore required to send an
    Email to voltafairvrcc@gmail.com.

In order to support the expansion of the business of exhibitors and other entrepreneurs, an
investment forum and business match-making will also take place, among several other activities, during the Fair.

here are limited spaces for the fair, potential exhibitors are therefore entreated to quickly
register and submit their completed forms, in order to be allocated their stands.

The venue for the Fair is appropriate, strategic and all Covid-19 protocols will be strictly adhered
    to.
