The AFRICON MSIs Summit & Awards 2026 is set to convene a high-level Pan-African platform bringing together policymakers, investors, corporates, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), development partners, and the African diaspora to advance inclusive trade, industrialisation, and investment across the continent.
The three-day event will take place from May 5 to 7, 2026, in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The Summit is a transformative strategic platform designed to reshape the MSI sector. Its core aims are to spur innovation, promote cross-border collaboration, and, importantly, advance women’s participation and leadership within MSI by unlocking their entrepreneurial potential and positioning them at the heart of Africa’s economic growth.
Participants will benefit from high-value networking opportunities, access to investment prospects, forward-looking industry insights, the ability to engage and influence policy discussions, and connections with a global network of leading industry players.
A key highlight of the event will be the prestigious Future is Female and Men Champions Awards, which will honour trailblazers and visionary leaders driving transformation and redefining the MSI landscape across Africa.
