Ghanaian rap heavyweight Medikal has finally given fans what they’ve been waiting for. On October 31, 2026, the Sowutuom native took to X (formerly Twitter) to unveil the official cover art for his highly anticipated project, Spaceship, confirming that the wait is almost over.
Accompanied by the simple yet powerful caption:
“Sorry for the wait. November we feast. #Spaceship” — Medikal shared striking artwork that shows him in a futuristic white spacesuit illuminated with glowing red neon lights, floating against a cosmic backdrop with Earth visible below. The Parental Advisory sticker confirms the project will carry the hard-hitting, unfiltered energy fans expect from him.

While Medikal has not yet revealed the full tracklist or exact release date within November, the project has been building serious momentum for months. Fans and close associates have been teasing Spaceship as a body of work packed with “bangers from top to bottom,” with some already claiming certain unreleased tracks are destined to dominate the airwaves and streets.
This follows a strong run of recent projects, including the 2025 album Disturbation 2 and the introspective Healing EP in 2024. Spaceship appears to mark another evolution in Medikal’s sound, one that blends his signature aggressive lyricism and witty wordplay with a broader, more expansive sonic vision.
Medikal has always been one of Ghana’s most consistent rappers, known for sharp bars, street anthems, and high-energy performances. The decision to frame this project around a “spaceship” theme suggests ambition, both sonically and conceptually. The artwork alone has already sparked excitement across social media, with fans flooding the comments with rocket emojis and countdown messages.
Many are calling Spaceship one of the most anticipated Ghanaian hip-hop releases of late 2026.
As November approaches, expect more teasers, possible singles, and increased activity from Medikal and his team at Beyond Kontrol. For now, the message is clear: the feast is almost ready.
Sorry for the wait. November we feast. 🚀
