    The 2026 Academy Awards celebrated excellence in global cinema, with One Battle After Another emerging as the night’s biggest winner. The film claimed six awards, including Best Picture and Best Director for Paul Thomas Anderson.

    In the acting categories, Jessie Buckley won Best Actress for her performance in Hamnet, while Michael B. Jordan was named Best Actor for his role in Sinners.
