MTN Ghana has announced a final dividend of GHS0.40 per share for the 2025 financial year, amounting to a total payout of over GHS5.29 billion.

The dividend, recommended at a board meeting on February 26, 2026, was approved by shareholders at the company’s Annual General Meeting held on March 24 at the UPSA Auditorium.

According to the company’s annual report, shareholders on record as of March 26, 2026, will qualify for the dividend. The ex-dividend date has been set for March 24, 2026, meaning only investors who purchased shares before this date will be eligible.

MTN Ghana indicated that payments will be made electronically on April 10, 2026, directly into shareholders’ bank accounts or mobile money wallets.

At the AGM, shareholders also re-elected key board members of Scancom PLC, including Antoinette Kwofie as Executive Director, and Kofi Dadzie and Felix Addo as Independent Non-Executive Directors.

Additionally, shareholders approved a remuneration package of GHS13.7 million for Non-Executive Directors, subject to adjustments based on additional appointments or meetings during the year.
