“My dad has been my motivation for farming and I love nature, nature is beautiful and it’s not expensive. The desire to eat your own food means growing your own food and I want to eat my own food” she stated.

Abena is currently following her dreams as she has joined her dad in the farm.

“Farming for my own food is a better way to reduce the risk of sickness that are linked to unhealthy food products and I intend to farm as long as I live” she added.
