Amma Frimpomaa urges first time voters to endorse Bawumia

Ms Amma Frimpomaa, a senior member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has urged first time voters to show appreciation to the government by endorsing Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia, the Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), on December 7.

That remained the surest way to maintain the Government’s Free Maternal Health and Free Senior High School (FSHS) programmes, which had benefited the whole populace.

In an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA) at Odomase in the Sunyani West Municipality, Ms Frimpomaa said first-time voters and their parents should vote to retain the NPP in power to continue with the good job.

Ms Frimpomaa said this after she donated eight brand new motorbikes, 1,000 branded NPP T-shirts, and GHC20,000 to the Sunyani West Constituency office of the NPP at Odomase, the constituency capital.

She said the motorbikes and ‘T shirts’ were to be distributed among the seven zones in the constituency to empower the coordinators to upscale the electioneering and to reach out to the electorates at the hard-to-reach communities.

Ms Frimpomaa reminded Ghanaians that the implementation of the Government flagship FSHS progamme was making huge impact in the lives of the younger generation, hence the need for the electorates to consider that and vote to retain the NPP in power.

That would enable Alhaji Bawumia to strengthen the programme to benefit more Ghanaians, she stated.

Ms Frimpomaa said the NPP could not afford to lose the Election 2024 and, therefore, called on the party to avoid complacency, intensify the electioneering and propagate the visions of the Vice President to the electorates to enhance the NPP’s chances of retaining the Sunyani West constituency seat.
