    Krachi East Security Council meets to tackle security challenges

    Mr Safo Nketia, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Krachi East, has convened a crucial meeting with the Municipal Security Council (MUSEC) to discuss pressing security issues affecting the area.

    The gathering aimed to assess the current security landscape, gather insights from council members, and explore effective strategies to bolster safety and security.

    During the meeting, key topics such as crime trends, community concerns, and inter-agency coordination were deliberated upon.

    Mr. Nketia underscored the significance of collaborative efforts in addressing security challenges and ensuring the well-being of residents.

    Speaking to the Ghana News Agency (GNA), the MCE stressed the need for people in the area to collaborate with the security agencies for effective discharge of their duties to ensure the successful combat of crime wave in the Municipality.

    He expressed appreciation to the personnel of the security agencies in the Municipality for their hard work, and efforts that had resulted in the relatively peaceful and secure atmosphere in the area.

    Mr Nketia assured the security agencies of the Municipal Assembly’s continuous support to enable them to continue to give their best in the protection of lives and properties in the Municipality.

    The meeting is expected to yield actionable plans to enhance security measures within the municipality, with the MCE’s leadership playing a pivotal role in driving these initiatives forward.

    By working together, the security agencies and stakeholders aim to create a safer environment for the people of Krachi East.
