    Ghanaian music superstar Stonebwoy kicked off the CAF AFCON 2025 Diaspora Tour on Friday at Piccadilly Circus in London, delivering an unforgettable night of music, culture, and celebration. The reggae-dancehall powerhouse performed fan-favorite hits, including ‘EKELEBE’ featuring ODUMODUBLVCK, the energetic ‘ACTIVATE’ with Davido, and the uplifting track ‘GO HIGHER’, all performed with the iconic AFCON trophy gleaming on stage, symbolizing African football excellence and continental pride.

    The event drew a star-studded audience, including football legends Alex Song, Alex Iwobi, and David Dein, who joined in celebrating African heritage through music and sport. Beyond the performances, Stonebwoy took part in an engaging panel discussion, commending footballers for helping elevate African music on the global stage and highlighting the powerful synergy between sport and culture in promoting the continent’s talent worldwide.

    This London edition marks the first stop of a dynamic diaspora tour ahead of AFCON 2025 in Morocco, with additional stops planned in major cities such as Paris. The tour is designed to unite African fans across continents, showcasing the vibrancy of African music, the excellence of African football, and the richness of African culture. Fans left the venue energized, inspired, and proud of the continent’s growing global influence in both music and sport.
