He leaves the mauyoung barracks to serve the higher calling of Directing Staff at the Ghana Armed Forces Command Staff College and hands over to Lt. Col. Edmund Nana Nyarko Osae, on September 27.

Lt. Col Bondah at the Palace of the Apremdo Chief expressed appreciation for the cordial relations that existed between the community and the barracks.

“Apremdo is my home, and I will continue to communicate with Nana Kwamina and his elders for our mutual benefit and welfare,” he said.

Lt. Col. Osae, for his part, was happy to assume duty at 2BN and pledged to continue with the good work of Lt. Col. Bondah and maintain the good relations with Nana Kwamina and his palace.

He assured he would continue with Lt. Col. Bondah’s achievements and consult Nana Kwamina on all Apremdo matters.

Nana Kwamina commended Lt. Col. Bondah for his humility and respect to the Apremdo palace and the people, stating that, he was not surprised about the news of his promotion to Accra and advised Lt Col. Osae not be discouraged about community issues especially on land and said, the Apremdo palace would continue to work with the new 2BN CO, for their mutual benefit.

Nana Kwamina added “Come and let’s discuss and work together for harmony and peace at Apremdo. I hope you learn from Lt. Col. Bondah and build on his legacy. We will also reciprocate your visit”.
