The event, a significant milestone for the artist, took place on February 25, 2009, at the Cornwall Courts Community Centre. It was a moment that marked the beginning of what would become a stellar career in music, with Popcaan eventually rising to international fame.

Fans have flooded the post with messages of support and admiration, acknowledging the humble beginnings that have shaped Popcaan’s journey. The throwback not only highlights the artist’s growth but also underscores the importance of community and the people who believe in an artist’s potential from the very start.

This tribute serves as a reminder of how far Popcaan has come since that first show in Montego Bay, transforming from a local talent to a global icon. It also celebrates the power of mentorship and support in helping artists realize their dreams.
