Ghana international Inaki Williams has suffered an injury ahead of Athletic Bilbao’s crucial Europa League clash against Manchester United.

The Black Stars attacker was forced off with an injury when his outfit played out a pulsating goalless draw with Real Sociedad in the Spanish La Liga last Sunday.

Williams was replaced in the 62^nd-minute by Alvaro Djalo following an injury setback to the Ghana international.

The former Spain international, who suffered a muscle discomfort at the weekend missed training on Tuesday morning, sparking concerns about his availability for the crunch seminal return fixture against Manchester United on Thursday.
